在装配车间里,经常要使用手电钻。用手电钻钻孔有两个缺点:1)劳动强度大:2)钻ф10公厘以上的孔时,危险性大。为了克服这两个缺点,我们采用了一套安全装置,现将它介绍如下。 (一)结构:这套装置的结构如图1所示。图中1是顶盖,用铁板制成。12是支架,用粗铁管制成;粗铁管的外圆最好粗车一下,使铁管的外圆有一定的正圆度和光洁度。9是底盘,用铁板制成。顶盖1和底盘9焊在支架12的两端(看图2);底
