目的探讨NDRG1、P16、Ki67蛋白在宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化PV6000染色方法,检测159例CIN组织及58例正常宫颈组织NDRG1、P16、Ki-67蛋白的表达。结果正常宫颈组织及不同级别CIN组织NDRG1、P16、Ki67蛋白表达比较差异均有统计学意义(H=122.92~145.73,q=5.35~30.64,P<0.01)。在CIN组织中,NDRG1蛋白阳性表达率明显下降,其表达水平与CIN病变级别呈负相关(rs=-0.73,P<0.01);P16和Ki-67蛋白阳性表达率明显增高,其表达水平与CIN病变级别呈正相关(rs=0.74、0.81,P<0.01)。结论 NDRG1、P16、Ki67蛋白的异常表达可能与CIN的发生、发展有关。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of NDRG1, P16 and Ki67 in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN). Methods Immunohistochemistry PV6000 staining method was used to detect the expression of NDRG1, P16 and Ki-67 in 159 cases of CIN and 58 cases of normal cervical tissue. Results The expression of NDRG1, P16 and Ki67 in normal cervical tissues and different grades of CIN tissues were significantly different (H = 122.92 ~ 145.73, q = 5.35 ~ 30.64, P <0.01). The positive expression rate of NDRG1 protein in CIN tissues was significantly lower than that in CIN lesions (rs = -0.73, P <0.01). The positive expression rates of P16 and Ki-67 protein were significantly higher than those in CIN CIN lesion was positively correlated (rs = 0.74,0.81, P <0.01). Conclusion The abnormal expression of NDRG1, P16 and Ki67 may be related to the occurrence and development of CIN.
