对超流态混凝土压灌桩进行了介绍,针对其是否适用于粗砂夹卵石场地进行了试桩。对试桩的设计参数、施工参数、检测结果进行了详细的介绍。根据试桩结果,提出了超流态混凝土压灌桩施工可能存在的问题及解决方法,并在后期工程桩施工中应用。得出超流态混凝土压灌桩适用于粗砂夹卵石场地,充盈系数约为1.1~1.2,是一种施工速度快、造价低、无挤土、节能环保的绿色施工工艺。
The superfluid concrete pressure-filled pile is introduced, and the test pile is tested according to whether it is suitable for the coarse sand-gravel site. The design parameters of test pile, construction parameters, test results were introduced in detail. According to the results of pile test, the possible problems and solutions to the construction of supercurrent concrete pressure pile are put forward and applied in the post-construction pile construction. It is concluded that super-fluid concrete pressure-filled piles are suitable for the site of coarse sand-gravel and gravel, and the filling coefficient is about 1.1-1.2. It is a green construction technology with high construction speed, low cost, no soil compaction and energy conservation and environmental protection.
