劳动关系是市场经济条件下最基本、最重要的社会关系,劳动关系是否和谐是决定整个社会能否和谐发展的根本因素。在市场化改革的过程中,中国旧的计划模式的劳动关系体系逐渐被打破,基于市场经济体制和相应的多种所有制并存的格局,公有和非公有经济都采用了更为灵活和多种多样的用工模式,新的市场化的劳动关系体系正逐步建立。中央政府的目标是建立和谐的利益协调型劳动关系,促进社会的稳定和经济的快速发展,但劳动关系的现状离政府的目标还相去甚远。
Labor relations are the most basic and important social relations in a market economy. Whether labor relations are harmonious or not is the fundamental factor that determines the harmonious development of society as a whole. In the course of marketization reform, the system of labor relations in China's old planned model has been gradually broken down.
