通过室温下甘氨酸 (Gly)与 Cu(OH) 2 的固相配位反应 ,合成配合物 cis- Cu(Gly) 2 · H2 O.采用自行研制的、具有恒定温度环境的反应热量计 ,以溶解量热法测定甘氨酸、Cu(OH) 2 、配合物溶于 2 .0 mol· L-1的 HCl溶液中的溶解焓 .通过所设计的热化学循环 ,应用 Hess定律 ,得到甘氨酸与 Cu(OH) 2 固相配位反应的反应焓Δr H m 为 - 2 4 .370 k J· mol-1,计算出配合物的标准生成焓Δf H m 为 - 12 4 5.956 k J· mol-1.
