“以人为本”的原则应渗透在一切的教育活动中。在小学作文教学中,探讨“令到每个孩子都能在宽松的教学氛围中充分张扬自己的个性,把习作作为展现自我风采的平台”这一课题有着时代的意义与现实的需要。通过丰富写作素材,强化表达欲望,多写日记,办手抄小报鼓励创意和个性习作等实验,笔者发现孩子再也不怕写作了,他们乐于、善于用笔自由地表达自己的思想了。 “People-oriented” principle should be permeated in all educational activities. In primary school essay teaching, we should explore the theme of “making every child be able to fully publicize his personality in a relaxed teaching atmosphere and use his work as a platform to show his style.” This issue has the significance of the times and the need of reality. By enriching the writing material, strengthening the desire to express, diary writing, and tabloid newspaper to encourage creativity and personality study, I found that children are no longer afraid of writing. They are happy and good at using pen to express their thoughts freely.
