杏树温室不同培肥措施对土壤酶活性的影响

为探讨培肥方式对温室杏树土壤酶活性的影响规律,对位于定西市农科院杏树温室内的土壤酶活性以及土壤理化性质进行测定分析,并对酶活性和理化性质进行相关性分析。结果表明,萌芽期供试土样0~10、10~20、20~40cm的过氧化氢酶活性没有明显变化,而40~60、60~80、80~100cm的酶活性逐渐降低,降幅分别为13.6%、19.2%、27.3%;磷酸酶和脲酶的活性随着土层深度的增加逐渐降低,降幅分别为25.9%~86.7%和30.32%~88.55%。在果实膨大期,不同的培肥方式对过氧化氢酶的活性影响不明显,而碱性磷酸酶的活性在0~10、10~20、20~40cm 3个土层内相对播前有所降低,脲酶活性增高。对碱性磷酸酶和脲酶而言,不同处理中,有机肥或有机与无机肥配施的酶活性明显高于无机肥处理。培肥方式中,厩肥与氮磷配施、秸秆与氮磷配施是较优的培肥模式,且厩肥与氮磷配施优于秸秆与氮磷配施的处理。土壤过氧化氢酶与有机质、全磷、全氮、碱解氮、速效磷、电导、pH值都无明显相关性;碱性磷酸酶和脲酶与有机质、全磷、全氮、速效磷呈极显著的正相关,与pH值、碱解氮呈显著正相关,而与电导无明显相关性。 In order to explore the effect of fertilization mode on the soil enzyme activity in apricot of greenhouse, the enzyme activity of soil and soil physical and chemical properties in apricot greenhouse located in Dingxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences were measured and analyzed, and the correlation analysis of enzyme activity and physicochemical properties . Alkaline phosphatase and urease showed extremely positive correlation with organic matter, total phosphorus, total nitrogen and available phosphorus Significant positive correlation, and pH, alkaline nitrogen was significantly positively correlated, but no significant correlation with conductance.
