本文设计了三种不同的叶片扩压器与前期设计的100 kW级离心压气机的叶轮进行匹配,并进行了数值模拟.结果显示三种叶片扩压器入口平均马赫数为0.8,流场内不存在局部超音区,避免出现激波与边界层的相互干涉以减小损失。扩压器入口气流角与设计值最大偏差小于4°。采用三种叶片扩压器的离心压气机总体性能均满足设计要求,尤其是采用双圆弧法设计的翼型扩压器总体性能和内部流场分布都明显优于另外两种扩压器。
In this paper, three kinds of vane diffusers were designed and matched with the impellers of a 100 kW centrifugal compressor designed in the past, and the numerical simulations were carried out.The results showed that the average Mach number of the three vane diffuser inlet was 0.8, There is no local ultrasound, to avoid the shock and the boundary layer interfere with each other to reduce the loss. Diffuser inlet airflow angle and the maximum deviation of less than 4 °. The centrifugal compressor with three vane diffusers meets the design requirements. In particular, the overall performance and internal flow field distribution of the airfoil diffuser designed by the double arc method are obviously superior to the other two diffusers.
