用含季铵盐基团的717#阴离子交换树脂作催化剂,对丙烯酸(简称AA)与环氧乙烷(简称EO)直接酯化合成丙烯酸β─羟乙酯(简称HEA)的反应动力学进行了研究,得出本反应对丙烯酸而言服从一级反应规律,其动力学方程为r=k[AA]。从阿累尼乌斯方程,采用最小二乘法计算出表观频率因子k0为5.68×102(L/mol·s),表观活化能Ea为91.84kJ/mol。对本系统的反应机理作者提出了建议,对反应首先形成氢键的假设还提供了核磁共振谱的旁证。
The reaction kinetics of direct esterification of acrylic acid (abbreviated as AA) with ethylene oxide (abbreviated as EO) to β-hydroxyethyl acrylate (abbreviated as HEA) was carried out with 717 # anion exchange resin containing quaternary ammonium groups as catalyst The study concluded that the reaction of acrylic acid obeys the first order reaction law, the kinetic equation r = k [AA]. From the Arrhenius equation, the apparent frequency factor k0 was 5.68 × 102 (L / mol · s) and the apparent activation energy Ea was 91.84 kJ / mol calculated by the least square method. The author of the reaction mechanism of the system made a suggestion that the assumption of the first hydrogen bond formation in the reaction also provided a corollary of NMR spectroscopy.
