应用显微外科技术,在建立稳定可靠、重复性好、与人的脑栓塞病程相近的大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型的基础上,模拟出缺血性中风患者的脑内99mTc-HM-PAO的分布状况。11只大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞(MCAo)后病灶侧与健侧的放射性计数比值为0.77±0.24,与对照组的比值有显著性差异(P<0.05),与病理所见及神经症状改变的符合性好.印证了99mTc-HM-PAO能很好地反映脑血流灌注状况,用于脑疾病的临床诊断有确切的意义。
