F水泥是一种低孔隙率胶凝材料,其组成中含有50%~99.4%的矿渣、粉煤灰或天然火山灰(重量),粉磨细度为勃氏比表面积400m~2/kg以上,还含有减水剂与激发剂等。该水泥凝结时间短、早期强度高,且水化热低、抗蚀性好。用该胶凝材料代替硅酸盐水泥生产木质防火复合材料,可缩短凝结时间,提高复合材料早期强度,并扩大所用木纤维的种类范围。
F cement is a kind of low-porosity cementitious material, its composition contains 50% to 99.4% of slag, fly ash or natural volcanic ash (weight), and the fineness of grinding is Blaine’s specific surface area of 400m~2/kg. Also contains water reducing agent and activator. The cement has a short setting time, high early strength, low hydration heat, and good corrosion resistance. The use of the cementitious material instead of Portland cement for the production of wood fireproof composites shortens the setting time, increases the early strength of the composites, and expands the range of wood fibers used.
