The content of VA microcapsules in multi-dimensional premix of feed was detected by ultrasonic wave to destroy the microcapsule structure, n-hexane extraction and HPLC determination. The sample processing was simple and the determination result was accurate. The CV was 0.14% and the recovery was 99%. 13%.
