简单介绍了等温淬火球铁的性能特点与应用状况,分析了化学成分与合金化处理对等温淬火球铁性能的影响。重点介绍了等温淬火球铁的热处理工艺,指出在保证完全奥氏体化的同时应适当降低奥氏体化温度,同时应根据产品最终性能要求来选择等温温度及其保温时间。比较了ADI、普通球铁、低合金球铁的性能和金相组织,说明ADI具有的特殊奥贝双基体结构使得其具有高强度的同时有良好的塑性和韧性。
The properties and applications of isothermal quenched ductile iron are briefly introduced. The effects of chemical composition and alloying treatment on the properties of isothermal quenched ductile iron are analyzed. The heat treatment process of isothermal quenched ductile iron is introduced emphatically. It is pointed out that the austenitizing temperature should be properly reduced while ensuring complete austenitization, and the isothermal temperature and holding time should be selected according to the final performance requirements of the product. The performance and microstructure of ADI, ordinary ductile iron and low-alloy ductile iron were compared. It shows that ADI has the special Obese dual matrix structure which has high strength and good ductility and toughness.
