受到多方面因素的影响,移动公司人力资源管理在当前还存在着诸多问题有待解决。本文主要就移动公司人力资源管理的现状以及人力资源管理的原理加以分析,然后对移动公司人力资源管理存在的主要问题和应对策略详细探究。
Due to many factors, there are still many problems to be solved in the current human resource management of mobile companies. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of human resources management in mobile companies and the principles of human resources management, and then probes into the main problems and countermeasures of human resources management in mobile companies.
