采用溶胶-凝胶法,以钛酸四丁酯为原料、高岭土为载体制备了铋掺杂TiO_2/高岭土(Bi-TiO_2/kaolin)复合光催化剂,采用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)等方法对Bi-TiO_2/kaolin复合光催化剂进行了表征,并利用其光催化降解结晶紫,考察了掺杂比、光照时间、pH值和催化剂用量等因素的影响。结果表明,在BiCl3与TiO_2的质量比为3∶10,光照时间为100min,催化剂用量为2.5g时,对结晶紫的去除率为91.4%。
The bismuth doped TiO 2 / kaolin composite photocatalyst was prepared by sol-gel method using tetrabutyl titanate as raw material and kaolin as carrier. The structure of the composite photocatalyst was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to characterize the Bi-TiO 2 / kaolin composite photocatalyst. Photocatalytic degradation of crystal violet was used to investigate the effects of doping ratio, irradiation time, pH value and catalyst Dosage and other factors. The results showed that the removal rate of crystal violet was 91.4% when mass ratio of BiCl3 to TiO 2 was 3:10, illumination time was 100 min and catalyst dosage was 2.5 g.
