数学教育是有关思维的教育,离不开有效的问题引导,恰到好处的问题设置能够激发学生的认知矛盾,从而展开探究和思考,发展学生分析问题,解决问题的能力.然而在实际教学中,教师们往往只重视提问的形式,而忽视提问的策略,重结论轻思维过程,导致每节课满堂问,却毫无效果.如何改变这样的现象?笔者认为,初中生已经具有自己独立思维的能力,教师要在教材因素和学生认知规律方面多加挖掘和引导,实现课堂提问的有效
