近年来随着经济的发展,地方政府第二、三产业吸纳劳动者能力不断增强,从业人员数量不断增多,但在城市发展过程中,尤其是金融危机过后的当下,就业与社会发展之间的矛盾日益显现出来,劳动力供求矛盾依然突出。同时,地方政府就业环境相对较差,就业空间相对较小,劳动者素质相对较低,就业问题更具艰巨性和特殊性。如何更好地促进就业,是地方政府面临的一个难题,也是我们要不断研究、探讨和攻克的难题。本文从目前地方政府就业的困境入手,通过分析地方政府就业的现状,指出地方政府促进就业的必要性,提出如何促进和完善地方政府就业的对策。
In recent years, with the development of economy, the second and third industries of local governments have been able to absorb more and more workers, and the number of employees has been on the increase. However, in the course of urban development, especially after the financial crisis, between employment and social development The contradictions have become increasingly apparent, and the contradiction between supply and demand of labor remains outstanding. At the same time, local government employment environment is relatively poor, the employment space is relatively small, the quality of workers is relatively low, the employment problem more arduous and particular. How to better promote employment is a difficult problem faced by local governments and also a problem we must constantly study, explore and overcome. Based on the current situation of employment of local government, this paper points out the necessity of local government to promote employment and puts forward some countermeasures to promote and perfect the employment of local government.
