目的 探讨完全性肺静脉异位引流 (TAPVD)的手术方法及效果。方法 2 2例TAPVD患者 ,其中心上型 16例 ,采用心房横断 (14例 )和心上吻合 (2例 ) ,行左房 共同静脉吻合 ;心内型 4例 ,将房间隔缺损扩大 ,应用补片将异位引流的肺静脉隔至左房 ;混合型 2例 ,上腔静脉用心包补片加宽。结果 2 0例痊愈 ,2例死亡。痊愈患者均获得随访 ,随访时间 8个月～ 6年 ,心功能均正常。结论 TAPVD患者一旦诊断明确 ,应及早手术 ,选择适当的手术方法可获良好的治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the surgical methods and effects of complete pulmonary venous drainage (TAPVD). Methods Twenty two patients with TAPVD were selected from 16 cases of supranuclear type. Atrial transection (14 cases) and anastomosis of the heart (2 cases) were performed. Atrial septal anastomosis was performed in 4 cases. The atrial septal defect was enlarged. Patch will be ectopic drainage of the pulmonary veins to the left atrial septum; mixed type 2 cases, superior vena cava pericardial patch widened. Results 20 cases recovered, 2 patients died. All patients were followed up for 8 months to 6 years, with normal cardiac function. Conclusion Once the diagnosis of TAPVD patients should be early surgery, select the appropriate surgical methods can be a good therapeutic effect.
