本文对临夏回族自治州1 000名汉族个体15个常染色体STR基因座进行遗传多态性调查。应用Identifiler Plus试剂盒进行扩增及检测,15个基因座共检出171个等位基因和661个基因型,其基因频率在0.000 5~0.549 5之间,各基因型经χ2检验,均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律(P>0.05)。15个基因座累积匹配概率为8.509616×10-18,累计个体识别概率为0.999 999 999 999 999 991 49,累计非父排除率为0.999 997 989。该系统在汉族人群中具有较好识别能力,本文数据可为相关研究和应用提供基础数据。
In this paper, genetic polymorphism of 15 autosomal STR loci of 1,000 Han individuals in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture was investigated. Using the Identifiler Plus kit for amplification and detection, a total of 171 alleles and 661 genotypes were detected at 15 loci. The frequency of the genes was between 0.000 5 and 0.549 5. All the 2 genotypes were in accordance with the χ2 test Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium law (P> 0.05). The cumulative matching probability of 15 loci was 8.509616 × 10-18, the cumulative individual recognition probability was 0.999 999 999 999 999 991 49, and the cumulative non-parent exclusion rate was 0.999 997 989. The system has good recognition ability among Han nationality population. The data of this paper can provide the basic data for related research and application.
