介绍了粉末等离子熔覆再制造系统。选择ST6合金粉末为熔覆材料,对失效发动机排气门进行再制造等离子熔覆试验,并通过OM和EDS对熔覆组织的显微形貌进行观察与分析。结果表明,熔覆层组织由Co中固溶N、iCr形成的奥氏体基体和基体上弥散分布的碳化物硬质相及其共晶组织组成,熔覆层平均硬度达552.8 HV0.1,性能检测表明采用粉末等离子熔覆技术熔覆ST6合金粉末完全能够达到排气门再制造的要求。
The powder plasma cladding remanufacturing system is introduced. Select ST6 alloy powder as cladding material, perform remanufacturing plasma cladding test on the failed engine exhaust valve, and observe the microstructure of cladding structure by OM and EDS. The results show that the microstructure of the coating is consisted of the austenite matrix formed by the solid solution of N and iCr in Co and the carbide and carbide phases dispersedly distributed on the matrix. The average hardness of the cladding layer is 552.8 HV0.1, Performance tests show that the use of powder cladding cladding technology ST6 alloy powder can fully meet the exhaust valve remanufacturing requirements.
