我院消毒供应中心(CSSD)为探讨岗位管理与绩效考核方法,通过分析工作岗位类别、性质,制定了岗位说明书,明确了岗位职责和任职条件;在护理部制定的CSSD护士岗位层级比例N1∶N2∶N3∶N4∶N5=2∶8∶4∶3∶1的框架下,护士以学历、职称、工作经验、专业技术水平和能力为要素竞聘岗位层级;实行“人岗匹配、能级对应”的岗位分工与排班形式,综合层级岗位、工作数量及质量进行绩效考核与分配。提高了工作人员工作积极性、增强了服务意识,提高了工作质量和工作效率,提高了工作人员及服务科室的满意度。
In order to discuss the job management and performance appraisal methods, CSSD formulated the job description and clarified the job responsibilities and qualifications of CSSD nurses. The proportion of CSSD nurses worked out in Nursing Department was N1: N2: N3: N4: N5 = 2: 8: 4: 3: 1 under the framework of nurses with academic qualifications, professional titles, work experience, professional skills and competencies as the elements competing job level; the implementation of Corresponding "post division and scheduling forms, integrated level positions, the number and quality of work performance appraisal and distribution. Improve the enthusiasm of staff, enhance service awareness, improve the quality of work and work efficiency, improve the satisfaction of staff and service departments.
