近年来,随着果树自交不亲和研究的深入,在果树中发现了许多属于配子体自交不亲和(GSI)的树种。本综述着重从基因的分离鉴定、结构功能分析综述了果树配子体自交不亲和的关键基因S-RNase与SFB同源基因的研究进展及作用机制,对于果树品种杂交育种亲和性的选择及无核品种选育有着重要意义。
In recent years, with the in-depth self-incompatibility of fruit trees, many species belonging to gametophytic self-incompatibility (GSI) were found in fruit trees. This review focuses on the isolation and identification of genes and the analysis of their structural functions. The progress and mechanism of S-RNase and SFB homologous genes of fruit tree gametophyte self-incompatibility are summarized. Seedless breeding is of great significance.
