“学校教育,育人为本,德智体美,德育为先”。城中村小学生对是非黑白、善恶美丑的辨别能力不高,个别学生往往容易受社会不良现象的影响,缺乏判断能力及免疫力,容易误入歧途。他们中绝大多数学生人生态度是积极向上的,在良好的环境中接受正确的引导就会形成优秀的道德品质和良好的行为习惯。因此,城中村学校要重视德育的效能,通过学校、家庭、社会“三结合”、教师榜样引领、建立学校德育工作体系等措施,培养学生良好品行,促进学生的健康成长。
“School education, educating people, Germany and the United States, moral first”. The primary school students in the village are non-black and white, and their ability to discriminate between good and evil beauty is not high. Individual students are often easily influenced by social problems, lack of judgment and immunity, and easily go astray. Most of them have a positive attitude toward life, and good guidance and good environment lead to good moral character and good behavior.
