钠焰法是一种重要的高效滤料效率检测方法,发生氯化钠气溶胶的粒径分布是检测方法中重要的技术指标之一。该文采用5种粒径分布的NaCl气溶胶对3种滤料在3种滤速下进行效率测试,研究了氯化钠粒径分布对滤料效率结果的影响。实验结果表明,氯化钠气溶胶的粒径分布对于钠焰法过滤效率的最终测试结果有影响,其影响大于滤料制造本身引起的误差;使用计数中值直径(CMD)为(0.09±0.02)μm以及几何标准偏差(GSD)<1.78的氯化钠气溶胶进行滤料的钠焰法效率检测,其粒径分布将不会影响滤料等级的评价。
The sodium flame method is an important and efficient method for the determination of the efficiency of the filter media. The particle size distribution of the sodium chloride aerosol occurs as one of the important technical indicators in the detection method. In this paper, five kinds of particle size distribution of NaCl aerosol were used to test the efficiency of three kinds of filter media at three kinds of filtration rate. The effect of particle size distribution of sodium chloride on the efficiency of filter media was studied. The experimental results show that the particle size distribution of sodium chloride aerosol has an effect on the final test result of sodium flame filtration efficiency, which is greater than the error caused by filter manufacturing itself. The median diameter of use (CMD) is (0.09 ± 0.02 ) μm, and a sodium chloride aerosol with a geometric standard deviation (GSD) of <1.78, the particle size distribution will not affect the rating of the media.
