中国司法制度的改革是为了解决审判实践中存在的问题,然后有针对性的给予解决。司法制度改革,主要是解决司法制度存在的一些问题,在制度层面解决司法腐败问题。司法制度改革中存在的主要问题是解决司法中一些可能造成司法不公正的问题,在体制上进行更高标准的顶层设计,让老百姓感觉的司法公正。司法制度改革的发展趋势是:司法独立进一步加强,法官资格更为严格、法官素质进一步提高,司法的互相监督、程序公正应该同时进行。
The reform of China’s judicial system is to solve the problems existing in the trial practice, and then solve the problems in a targeted manner. The reform of the judicial system mainly solves some problems existing in the judicial system and solves the problem of judicial corruption at the institutional level.
