本文在离体大鼠心脏灌流模型上,比较丹参和异搏定对心脏氧反常的保护作用,结果发现用丹参(100mg·L ̄(-1))和异搏定(0.02mg·L ̄(-1))灌注都能有效地减轻心脏缺氧──复氧损伤。和氧反常组相比,二者能有效地恢复心肌收缩力(P<0.05)、降低再灌注心律失常发生率和心肌MDA含量(P<0.01,P<0.05)。此外,丹参还能明显增加冠脉流量(P<0.01)和增加心肌组织SOD活性(P<0.01)。结果提示丹参抗氧反常损伤作用较异搏定更为优越。
In this paper, isolated rat heart perfusion model to compare the protective effect of Salvia and verapamil on cardiac oxygen abnormalities and found that with Salvia (100mg · L ~ (-1)) and verapamil (0.02mg · L ~ (-1)) perfusion can effectively reduce cardiac hypoxia - reoxygenation injury. Compared with the anaerobic group, both of them could effectively restore myocardial contractility (P <0.05), reduce the incidence of reperfusion arrhythmia and myocardial MDA content (P <0.01, P <0.05). In addition, salvia miltiorrhiza also significantly increased coronary flow (P <0.01) and increased myocardial SOD activity (P <0.01). The results suggest that the anti-anoxia Danshen injury than Verapamil is more superior.
