全面开发水电发展抽水蓄能我国的理论水能资源蕴藏量为6.76亿千瓦,其中可能开发的水电总容量为3.78亿千瓦,相应的年发电量为1.92万亿度,均占世界第一位。这对我们加速发展水电事业、为在本世纪内实现四个现代化建设提供廉价的动力,以及从长远来说改善我国能源结构,都是极其有利的条件。国际上能源开发的经验是优先发展水电,尽量早开发、多开发水力资源,如挪威
Fully develop hydropower development of pumped storage China’s theoretical hydropower resources reserves of 676 million kilowatts, of which the total capacity of hydropower may be developed for 378 million kilowatts, the corresponding annual generating capacity of 1.92 trillion degrees, both in the world. This is an extremely favorable condition for us to speed up hydropower development, provide a cheap driving force for the realization of the four modernizations this century, and improve our energy structure in the long run.
