目的 探讨肝细胞生长因子 (HGF)受体c -met蛋白在卵巢肿瘤组织中的表达及其与细胞增生和血管形成之间的关系。方法 应用免疫组化SABC法检测 34例卵巢恶性肿瘤、15例卵巢交界性肿瘤和 2 0例卵巢良性肿瘤组织的c-met蛋白的表达及其增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)指数和微血管密度 (MVD)。结果 c -met在卵巢良性、交界性和恶性肿瘤组织之间的表达有显著性差异 ,且有逐渐增高趋势。在卵巢恶性肿瘤组织中c -met蛋白表达与PCNA指数及MVD数值相关 ,c -met蛋白表达与卵巢恶性肿瘤病理分化之间密切相关。结论 HGF和c -met可能通过促进细胞增殖和血管形成的途径而在卵巢恶性肿瘤的发生、发展过程中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of c-met protein of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) in ovarian tumor and its relationship with cell proliferation and angiogenesis. Methods The expression of c-met protein, proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) index and microvessel density (MVD) in 34 cases of ovarian cancer, 15 cases of ovarian borderline tumors and 20 cases of benign ovarian tumors were detected by immunohistochemical SABC method. . Results The expression of c -met in benign ovarian, borderline and malignant tumor tissues was significantly different, and there was a gradual increase trend. In ovarian cancer tissue c-met protein expression and PCNA index and MVD values related to c-met protein expression and ovarian cancer is closely related to the pathological differentiation. Conclusion HGF and c-met may play an important role in the development and progression of ovarian cancer by promoting cell proliferation and angiogenesis.
