目的了解某发电厂煤尘职业病危害现状,评价近三年来该企业的防尘工程成果,为制订职业病危害控制措施提出科学依据。方法依据工艺流程,识别煤尘的出现。对2008~2010年职业病危害监测资料进行整理分析,按照年度间,季度间,采样类型不同进行比较。结果三年间的监测点平均合格率为73.9%,三年间合格率差异无统计学意义(χ2=4.193,P>0.05),四个季度间呈随着季度延后合格率上升的趋势(χ2=18.078,P<0.01)。样品合格率个体监测数据高于定点监测数据(χ2=5.090,P<0.05)。结论根据三年数据比对,总体水平并没有大的进步,高于相关报道中同等规模燃煤火力电厂的水平。年度间与季度间的数据显示,季度间的差异有统计学意义,而年度间的差异无统计学意义,需加大投入做好个人防护。
Objective To understand the current status of occupational hazards of coal dust in a power plant, evaluate the results of dust-proof works of the enterprise in the past three years, and provide a scientific basis for formulating control measures of occupational hazards. Methods According to the process, identify the appearance of coal dust. The data of occupational disease hazard monitoring from 2008 to 2010 were analyzed and classified according to the year, quarter and sampling types. Results The average passing rate of monitoring points in three years was 73.9%. There was no significant difference in passing rate in three years (χ2 = 4.193, P> 0.05). The passing rate of qualified patients increased with the quarterly delay (χ2 = 18.078, P <0.01). The qualified rate of samples was higher than that of fixed point monitoring data (χ2 = 5.090, P <0.05). Conclusion Based on the three-year data comparison, there has been no big improvement in the overall level, which is higher than the level of coal-fired power plants of the same size in the relevant reports. The data between the years and the quarters showed that the differences between the quarters were statistically significant, but the differences between the years were not statistically significant, so we should increase the input to do a good job in personal protection.
