泥岩井壁失稳给钻井施上带来很多难题,并造成了巨大的经济损失。利用MTS815型伺服试验机对受力泥岩进行了三轴加载全过程的试验,探讨了不同化学溶液和浸泡不同时间对泥岩强度的影响,给出了泥岩应力应变曲线.实验结果表明,不同的环境对泥岩力学特性的影响是不同的,若钻井液体系的抑制性较强,则可有效地控制泥岩吸水量及吸水速度,使其长时间内强度保持稳定。
Mudstone shaft wall instability poses many challenges to the well and causes huge economic losses. MTS815 servo testing machine was used to test the stress-bearing mudstone in the whole process of three-axis loading. The effects of different chemical solutions and immersion time on the strength of mudstone were discussed and the stress-strain curves of mudstone were given. The experimental results show that different environments The influence on the mechanical properties of mudstone is different. If the drilling fluid system has strong inhibition, the water absorption and water absorption speed of mudstone can be controlled effectively, and the strength of mudstone remains stable for a long time.
