利用直流管式反应器直接测试了活性氧化铝催化剂上硫氧化碳水解宏观动力学。实验在102~155℃、常压、硫氧化碳浓度6.5~20.3mg/Nm~3、汽/气比0.03~0.08和二氧化碳气氛条件下进行;以Gauss-Newton法对实验数据进行最优化参数估值,得到了宏观动力学方程: r_(cos)=40.06exp(-15894/RT)y_(cos)~(0.69)yh_2~(-0.14)oyco_2~(-1.0)确定了COS、H_2O和CO_2的反应级数分别为0.69、-0.14和1.0。验证实验结果表明,在1050~2050 h~(-1)空速范围内,可忽略外扩散对该体系反应速率的影响。
The macro-kinetics of sulfur-carbon dioxide hydrolysis on activated alumina catalyst was directly tested with a DC tube reactor. The experiment was carried out at 102 ~ 155 ℃, atmospheric pressure, the concentration of sulfur carbon dioxide was 6.5 ~ 20.3mg / Nm ~ 3, the steam / gas ratio was 0.03 ~ 0.08 and the atmosphere of carbon dioxide. The experimental data were optimized by Gauss-Newton method , The macroscopical kinetic equation was obtained: r_ (cos) = 40.06exp (-15894 / RT) y_ (cos) ~ (0.69) yh_2 ~ (-0.14) oyco_2 ~ (-1.0) The reaction orders were 0.69, -0.14 and 1.0, respectively. The experimental results show that the influence of external diffusion on the reaction rate can be neglected in the space velocity range from 1050 to 2050 h -1.
