海尔“理论大丰收”的这几年,恰恰是海尔企业陷入停滞期的几年。我们不禁要问:张瑞敏提出一个又一个新理论的意义是什么?在日前出席某商业论坛时,海尔首席执行官张瑞敏称,“去年年初海尔员工数量是8.6万人,年底减少至7万人,裁员比例为18%。今年预计再裁掉1万人”。且裁员对象主要是中层,原因是制造业务的智能化减少了用工数量。稍一留意便不难发现,海尔大裁员发生在张瑞敏积极推行“人单合一双赢理论”背景之下。
