目的探讨GPⅠbαKozak-5T/C基因多态性与冠心病相关性。方法应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)分析检测208例宁夏回族人群(冠心病组96例,对照组112例)Kozak-5T/C基因型及等位基因频率。结果208例宁夏回族人群GPⅠbαKozak-5T/C基因CC、CT和TT三种基因型分布频率分别为8.6%、23.1%和68.3%,C和T等位基因的分布频率分别为20.2%和79.8%。112例对照组CC、CT和TT三种基因型的分布频率分别为8.9%、23.2%和67.9%,C和T等位基因的分布频率分别为20.5%和79.5%;96例冠心病组的CC、CT和TT三种基因型的分布频率分别为8.3%、22.9%和68.8%,C和T等位基因的分布频率分别为19.8%和80.2%。GPⅠbαKozak-5T/C基因多态性在冠心病组及对照组之间的分布差异无统计学意义(χ21=0.029,P1=0.986;χ22=0.036,P2=0.851)。结论GPⅠbαKozak序列-5T/C基因多态性与冠心病的发生未见相关性。
Objective To investigate the association between GPⅠbαKozak-5T / C polymorphism and coronary heart disease. Methods The genotype and allele frequencies of Kozak-5T / C in 208 Ningxia Hui people (96 cases of CHD group and 112 cases of control group) were detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) . Results The frequency of CC, CT and TT genotypes of GPⅠbαKozak-5T / C gene in 208 Ningxia Hui people was 8.6%, 23.1% and 68.3%, respectively. The frequencies of C and T alleles were 20.2% and 79.8% . The frequencies of CC, CT and TT genotypes were 8.9%, 23.2% and 67.9% in 112 cases of control group, and 20.5% and 79.5% respectively in 96 cases of CHD group The distribution frequencies of CC, CT and TT genotypes were 8.3%, 22.9% and 68.8%, respectively. The frequencies of C and T alleles were 19.8% and 80.2%, respectively. There was no significant difference in the distribution of GPⅠbαKozak-5T / C polymorphism between CHD group and control group (χ21 = 0.029, P1 = 0.986; χ22 = 0.036, P2 = 0.851). Conclusion There is no correlation between -5T / C gene polymorphism of GP Ⅰ bαKozak sequence and coronary heart disease.
