猫猫沟霞石正长岩体出露于峨眉山大火成岩省的中部,与峨眉山玄武岩呈侵入接触关系.锆石SHRIMPU-Pb测年表明,该岩体的结晶年龄为(261.6±4.4)Ma,与攀西地区新街-攀枝花等层状侵入岩的年龄以及根据地层学资料制约的峨眉山玄武岩年龄相近.岩石地球化学分析进一步揭示猫猫沟霞石正长岩具有与峨眉山玄武岩相似的源区,可能是攀西地区下地壳底侵层中辉长质堆晶岩部分熔融的产物.这些时间、空间和岩石成因上的联系为该地区玄武岩-基性超基性侵入岩-中酸性碱性侵入岩的“三位一体”特征提供了进一步的证据.
The Cathaigou nepheline syenite has been exposed in the middle of the Emeishan large igneous province and invaded into contact with the Mount Emei basalt.The zircon SHRIMPU-Pb dating shows that the rock age is (261.6 ± 4.4) Ma, It is similar to the age of stratiform intrusive rocks such as Xinjie-Panzhihua in Panxi area and the age of Emeishan basalts, which are controlled by stratigraphic data.Geochemical analysis of rock further reveals that the Neoproterozoic of Catougou has source regions similar to Emeishan basalts, Which may be the result of the partial melting of galenic protolith in the lower crust beneath the Panxi area.These time, space and petrogenesis are related to the basaltic-basic ultrabasic intrusive rocks in the area-alkaline-acidic intrusive The “trinity” feature of rock provides further evidence.
