肌电图学(Electromyography)是近四十余年来新发展起来的诊断技术。利用电子仪器,记录神经肌肉的生物电活动,籍以了解神经,肌肉的功能状态,诊断神经、肌肉疾病,不仅对神经系统疾病和肌肉疾病有重要价值,而且对全身许多部位的疾病,也有诊断意义。随着近几年国产肌电图机的逐渐普及,临床各科如内、外、皮肤、眼、耳鼻喉、口腔、理疗及神经、精神等科,均程度不同的应用肌电图检查以协助临床诊断。本文简要介绍肌电图的原理及其在神经科临床应用的价值。
Electromyography (Electromyography) is a newly developed diagnostic technique in recent forty years. The use of electronic equipment to record neuromuscular bioelectric activity, membership in order to understand the nerve, muscle function status, diagnosis of nerve, muscle disease, not only for the nervous system diseases and muscle diseases have important value, but also for many parts of the body disease significance. With the gradual popularization of domestic electromyographs in recent years, clinical departments such as internal and external, skin, eyes, ENT, oral, physical therapy and neurology, psychology and other subjects, to varying degrees, the application of EMG to assist clinical diagnosis. This article briefly describes the principle of electromyography and its clinical value in neurology.
