本文报导了我们研制的Cr(Ⅵ)光电比色过程分析系统的设计思想、原理、结构及性能等。该系统可用于工业废水Cr(Ⅵ)含量在线自动监控。设计中采用单波长双光路此值运算方法,克服了光电比色分析中光源稳定性问题,又可消除测量池污染、硅光电池疲劳的影响。采用MCS-48单片机作为信息控制处理机,抗干扰性能好,体积小,运算速度快,具有很好的性能价格比,对传感检测单元进行了优化设计,具有较高的灵敏度。Cr(Ⅵ)光电比色过程分析系统很易推广到其它具有显色反应的离子浓度在线自动测量上。
This paper reports the design, principle, structure and performance of Cr (Ⅵ) photoelectric colorimetric process analysis system that we developed. The system can be used to monitor the content of Cr (Ⅵ) in industrial wastewater online automatically. In the design, this single-wavelength dual-optical method is used to overcome the problem of light source stability in photoelectric colorimetric analysis, and to eliminate the influence of cell contamination and silicon cell fatigue. Adopting MCS-48 single-chip microcomputer as information control processor, it has good anti-jamming performance, small size, fast computing speed and good performance-price ratio. It has optimized the sensing unit and has higher sensitivity. Cr (Ⅵ) photoelectric colorimetric process analysis system is easy to be extended to other on-line automatic measurement of ion concentration with color reaction.
