本文研究了谱仪能量定标同能量测量非线性的关系。实验结果发现,适当选择定标能量值,可将仪器能量测量的系统误差移出待测谱峰的能量范围,而获得高准确度的测量值。
In this paper, the relationship between spectrometer energy calibration and energy measurement nonlinearity is studied. The experimental results show that the proper selection of the calibration energy value can remove the systematic error of the energy measurement of the instrument from the energy range of the peak to be measured and obtain the measurement value with high accuracy.
