Secret:1《餐饮企业经营规范》出台的背景餐饮业是关系到人民身体健康,拉动经济增长,促进社会就业的重要产业之一。随着我国加入世贸组织和整体商业格局的变革,国内餐饮业现状与发展总形式不相适应,在国外同行业雄厚的资金和先进的管理技术面前,已显不足。虽然我国餐饮业人工成本低,但经营成本高,餐饮产品附加值小。在这种市场环境之下,8月9日商务部颁布了国内贸易行业标准《餐饮企业经营规范》(以下称《规范》),将于2007年12月1日起正式实施。这项国家标准的制定意味着我国餐饮业建立行业标准体系迈出重要一步。
Secret: 1 Background of the Catering Business Practices Catering service is one of the important industries that is related to people’s health, stimulating economic growth and promoting social employment. With China’s accession to the WTO and changes in the overall business landscape, the current status of the domestic restaurant industry and the general form of development do not meet the needs of foreign counterparts in the industry with abundant funds and advanced management techniques, has been inadequate. Although China’s restaurant industry labor costs low, but operating costs are high, small additional value of food products. Under such a market environment, the Ministry of Commerce promulgated the “Code of Business Operation of Catering Enterprises” (hereinafter referred to as the “Code”) as the domestic trade industry standard on August 9, which will come into effect on December 1, 2007. The formulation of this national standard means that China’s catering industry has taken an important step toward establishing an industry standard system.
