这学期,教研组组织数学教师学习《浙江省小学数学教学建议》,其中作业设计与辅导让我感触很深:“作业可分为课堂作业和课外作业。要合理选择作业的内容和形式,注重作业设计的针对性和层次性,以求实效性。作业设计的要求是‘紧扣目标、促进思维、形式多样、分层要求’。提倡探究性、开放性和生活化的有创意的作业设计。要发挥作业的激励功能,除了运用一些约定俗成的符号进行批改外,应通过合适的批语来达到提醒、帮助和激励学生的目的。”如何贯彻这些建议,谈谈自己的一些想法。一课外作业主要存在的问题

A main problem with homework
