调查显示,幼儿园双语师资匮乏,职后教育困难重重,为幼教一线提供新师资的职前教育责任重大,而职前教育主要通过全日制大中专院校进行。为提高高职学前双语师资培养质量,对有效培养模式进行了积极探索。从培养目标入手,分析人才培养的业务规格以及与之配套的课程,从校内校外两个方面探讨高职双语师资职前培养的途径,最后对评价方式进行简单阐述。
According to the survey, there is a lack of bilingual teachers in kindergartens and difficulties in after-school education. The pre-service education for providing new teachers for frontline preschool education is of major responsibility. Pre-vocational education is mainly conducted through full-time colleges and universities. In order to improve the quality of bilingual teacher training in higher vocational education, we have actively explored the effective training mode. Beginning with the training objectives, the paper analyzes the business specifications of personnel training and its accompanying courses, probes into the ways of training bilingual teachers in vocational schools from both inside and outside the school, and finally gives a brief exposition of the evaluation methods.
