小波变换具有很好的时域和频域局部化特性,为以非稳态振动为特征的信号提供了有效的分析手段。采用磁电式速度传感器测定水泵机组的振动信号,并通过小波变换处理进行故障诊断分析。结果表明,小波变换的分析方法较传统的傅立叶变换更为有效。
Wavelet transform has good localization characteristics in time and frequency domain and provides an effective analysis method for signals characterized by unsteady vibration. The magnetoelectricity speed sensor was used to measure the vibration signal of water pump unit and the fault diagnosis was analyzed by wavelet transform. The results show that the wavelet transform method is more effective than the traditional Fourier transform.
