目的研究家兔坐骨神经高压电损伤后早期电生理变化规律。方法选择健康新西兰家兔30只,分实验组(22只)和正常对照组(8只)。以1万伏高压电击实验组家兔右下肢,于伤后即刻、3天、7天、14天和21天对右坐骨神经及其支配肌进行EMG、CMAP、NCV和SEP等电生理检测,研究其变化规律。结果坐骨神经完全损伤9只,不全损伤13只。两者除失神经电位的变化相似外,CMAP、NCV、SEP等指标在完全损伤者,伤后3天全部消失;而在不全损伤者,随时间延长CMAP和SEP潜伏期逐渐延长,波幅逐渐降低,NCV逐渐减慢。结论兔坐骨神经高压电损伤后,其早期电生理改变呈进行性加重。
Objective To study the early electrophysiological changes of rabbit sciatic nerve after high voltage electrical injury. Methods Thirty healthy New Zealand rabbits were divided into experimental group (n = 22) and normal control group (n = 8).
