Objectives In recent years, there has been a relative imbalance between the improvement of people’s living standards and the lag of unhealthy lifestyles. Patients with hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease and dyslipidemia gradually increase, leading to an increasing incidence of cerebrovascular disease (CVD) , Transient ischemic attack (TIA) is a high risk factor for stroke and about one-third of patients develop stroke in 5 years. Currently, there is more concern about stroke in the community, but most patients and doctors are less concerned with TIA. Using resources within the community to enable patients to receive timely and effective treatment to further reduce the incidence of stroke will give Patients and their families reduce a lot of economic and mental losses. Methods In the treatment of patients with the original disease, based on the health education for TIA patients and must be standardized drug treatment. Results Through the active and reasonable management and treatment, the patient’s progress rate of stroke was significantly reduced. Conclusions Stroke is a common and frequently-occurring disease in the community. The prevalence rate of stroke is rapidly increasing with the improvement of people’s living standard, population aging and lifestyle change, showing a trend of gradual increase. In the community, how to manage patients with TIA actively is of great significance in reducing the incidence of stroke.
