对广州市区120例原发性胃癌患者进行1:1病例对照研究。条件Logistic回归分析结果表明:喜甜食和常喝绿茶是胃癌发病的保护因素。常吃烧烤煎炸食物、盐渍食物、霉变食物、干硬食、重盐食和生闷气等是胃癌发病的危险因素。
A case-control study of 120 patients with primary gastric cancer in Guangzhou city was conducted. Conditional Logistic regression analysis showed that hi sweets and regular drinking green tea were protective factors for gastric cancer. Eating barbecued fried foods, salted foods, moldy foods, hard foods, heavy salt foods, and smoldering are risk factors for the onset of gastric cancer.
