每当看到班上的学困生有了进步,我的心里特别高兴,与其说我对学困生的鼓励使他们获得了进步,倒不如说学困生的进步鼓舞了我,使我对教育转变学困生更加充满了信心。现就自己的具体做法谈几点。
Every time I see progress in the poor students in my class, my heart is particularly happy. Not so much that my encouragement to the poor students has made them progress. It would be better to say that the progress of the poor students inspired me and made me right. The transformation of education into poor students is full of confidence. Let me talk a few points about our own specific practices.
