前些天笔者去北京中南海后海去采风,在后海的边岸上,发现了一家只有一张餐桌的菜馆。我冒昧地进入询问经营宗旨,老板回答说:“本餐馆的规矩是不准点菜,厨房做什么您就吃什么。”我仔细观看此菜馆的风貌:它的大门口只有两个白色的小灯箱,上书“羊房11号”,餐厅中只有一张约10人用餐的餐桌,却占去了屋子大半的面积。再瞧墙上,正正方方地悬挂着一幅装裱典雅的,由溥杰先生所亲书的“厉家菜”三字招牌……
