微粒荧光悬浮液显现技术对粗糙物面上的各类手印进行了大量的实验研究。所研究的粗糙物面主要包括人造革、纺织品。由于粗糙客体表面凸凹不平、并具有渗散的特性,使其上面遗留的手印,在显现、提取、分析上具有非常大的难度。本实验研究主要针对粗糙物面(人造革、纺织品)上的油、油灰、汗灰、汗潜手印的显现。通过比较三种微粒荧光悬浮液配方,筛选出最佳配方;使用三种显现方法,筛选出最佳显现方法;在两类客体上、对不同遗留时间的各类手印的显现效果进行比较,从中选出最佳操作方法、最佳配方,最适合遗留时间的工艺条件,以达到在粗糙物面上最佳显现效果,为实践应用提供一些思路,为进一步提高粗糙物面上的各类手印的显现做了基础的探索。
