目的:探讨血清白介素-10(IL-10)与2型糖尿病患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)的关系,以期为临床2型糖尿病慢性并发症的早期诊治提供有价值的检测指标。方法:选择2型糖尿病患者50例,根据彩色多普勒超声检测结果将所有糖尿病患者分为3组:IMT<0.9 mm 15例,0.9 mm≤IMT<1.1 mm 15例,IMT>1.1 mm 20例,同时从健康查体者中选取20例志愿者作为正常对照组,采用ELISA试剂盒检测4组受检者血清IL-10水平。结果:2型糖尿病患者IMT显著高于正常对照组[(1.20±0.38)mm vs(0.65±0.09)mm,P<0.05],且2型糖尿病伴IMT增厚患者血清IL-10水平明显低于IMT正常的2型糖尿病患者[(110.23±35.60)pg/ml vs(224.27±36.62)pg/ml,P<0.05],且与IMT呈明显负相关(r=-0.55,P=0.001)。结论:2型糖尿病患者IMT明显增厚,其厚度与IL-10水平呈负相关,提示IL-10可能作为2型糖尿病大血管并发症的早期检测指标。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum interleukin-10 (IL-10) and carotid artery intima-media thickness (IMT) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, in order to provide valuable diagnostic indicators for the early diagnosis and treatment of chronic complications of type 2 diabetes. Methods: Fifty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected. Conclusion: IMT in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is significantly thicker and its thickness is negatively correlated with IL-10 level, suggesting that IL-10 may serve as an early detection index for macrovascular complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
