作者通过实验室对光固化树脂,遮色树脂和复合树脂+遮色剂与离体牙粘结的24个试件的剪切粘结强度的测试,和临床采用这3种树脂材料治疗240颗四环素着色牙后随访发现,离体牙中树脂和牙的剪切粘结强度,最高者为144.3kg/cm2,最低者为108.41kg/cm2,用与不用遮色剂和遮色树脂试件组所测得数据经统计学两两比较无显著差异。定期随访复查,3组牙在修复体全部脱落,部分脱落,边缘着色,牙龈炎症,不满意率等各项指标上统计学均无显著差异。据此表明遮色剂不影响前牙修复树脂的粘结强度,所以在四环素着色前牙的美容修复中,采用遮色剂和遮色树脂是可行的。
