目的探讨淀粉样前体蛋白(APP)和β-微管蛋白在脑梗死患者血液中的表达及其临床意义。方法收集88例脑梗死急性期患者为观察组,选择30健康体检者为对照组,应用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测两组血APP和β-微管蛋白的表达,分析其在不同临床特征之间的关系。结果 APP和β-微管蛋白在观察组患者中高表达,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);APP和β-微管蛋白的表达在大面积脑梗死患者中高于中小面积患者,脑梗死死亡组患者高于存活组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,<0.01)。结论联合检测APP和β-微管蛋白可能对脑梗死患者判断预后及指导治疗有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the expression of amyloid precursor protein (APP) and β-tubulin in the blood of patients with cerebral infarction and its clinical significance. Methods 88 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected as the observation group and 30 healthy controls were selected as the control group. The levels of APP and β-tubulin in the two groups were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) The relationship between features. Results The levels of APP and β-tubulin were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P <0.01). The levels of APP and β-tubulin were significantly higher in patients with large area cerebral infarction , The death group of cerebral infarction was higher than that of survival group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05, <0.01). Conclusions The joint detection of APP and β-tubulin may play an important role in the prognosis and guidance of patients with cerebral infarction.
